THIS medieval city in which we are lucky enough to live in, or near, is famed for the cathedral with it's famed and stunning spire. It is that cathedral plus nearby Stonehenge which brings visitors to our city. How on earth are expensive consultants going to achieve a rebrand of something so iconic ? What is patently needed is to make the city welcoming and friendly and the addition of retail outlets which are interesting and not forced to charge prices which are beyond the means of ordinary folk.
However the most important necessity is an infrastructure which is able to support this aim and also serve all new homes being built in the city and the surrounding area. Perhaps the costs of a consultancy would be of benefit if used to further that aim.
