SATURDAY morning in Tisbury. There is not a cloud in the sky. The huge articulated Co-op lorry from Andover arrives on time. The newspapers are delivered to the shops from London via Southampton. The bus to Salisbury is on time and the post is delivered, but Salisbury City Council sees fit to cancel the Saturday Market. I have worked on a stall for well over 30 years and this is a first. Many of us are trying hard to bring a normality back to the city centre but this needless action by the council is counter productive.
