TENANTS of a Salisbury filling station have struck a multi-million-pound deal to take over the site as owners.
Westacre Services, at 108 Wilton Road, was bought by former tenants Gardner Garages for £2.3m.
The petrol retailer first moved into the site in 2008 as part of a £1.8m deal and since then it has seen a number of changes.
Westacre currently houses a Londis convenience store and has an on-site post office.
Property developing company the RO Group sold the site and was advised by Womble Bond Dickinson.

David Kershaw, real estate director at the RO Group, is "delighted" Gardner Garages has taken ownership after many years.
Mr Kershaw said: "We have enjoyed a close and productive relationship with Gardner Garages as tenants for some time and are delighted that they have now become owners of the site."
He added that RO's presence in and around Salisbury will remain "active" since it also owns Helix at Solstice Park in Amesbury.
The proceeds of the sale will be put into "strategic reinvestment" to refurbish Silbury House in Milton Keynes, Mr Kershaw said.
