Heard by Salisbury Magistrates' Court, these offences took place on April 10 when Rodica was found drunk, while responsible for the minor, in Elizabeth Gardens in Salisbury.
She used threatening or abusive behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harrassment, alarm or distress, the court heard.
She then assaulted a police officer by spitting at them.
Rodica pleaded guilty to all three of these offences.
She was ordered to pay compensation of £100 and costs of £40.
She was ordered to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and must attend activities and appointments as instructed by an officer.
