City Clerk Annie Child said: “The City Council purchasing its own dedicated site will enable us to grow and deliver on the services that we provide to the Salisbury community, with the certainty of knowing we own and control our own premises”.
Myddelton & Major acted on behalf of the vendor, a private property company and Salisbury City Council were represented by Warwick Martel.
The relocation is due to take place in the summer.
