A handful of local pubs have been made available to buy or rent in and around Salisbury.
Owners will be looking for new tenants to take over these historic hotspots to provide the services they have in previous years.
The Anchor and Hope is on the market with annual rent of £30,000.
The pub is on Winchester Street is just a five-minute walk from the city centre.
It has a large courtyard that has been recently refurbished, with partial shelter and plenty of space for the summer months.
Located on Salt Lane, The Pheasant Inn catches the eye with its Tudor architecture and warm appearance.
With annual rent of £45,000, the pub has a spacious function room and accommodation. The building Inn also comes with a two-bedroom cottage situated next door and is only a five-minute walk from the city centre.
The Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA) maintains a yearly Good Beer Yearbook, to which The Pheasant Inn was recently added.

Spacious and recently refurbished, the Bell and Crown is available to rent at £46,000 per year. Situated on Catherine Street, the pub is a stone’s throw from the cathedral, with numerous parking locations such as Culver street car park nearby, allowing for easy access.
The 13th century building provides an all-day grill, with medieval beamed interior and a real fireplace, providing an authentic, classy pub feel.
With rent of £25,000 per year, the Salisbury Arms is located on Endless Street, an area with a high amount of foot fall, just a five-minute walk from the city centre.
With contemporary decor and an open log fire, the pub offers a cosy environment, as well as a sheltered courtyard. The private accommodation within the pub is located on the first floor, featuring three large bedrooms, a lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
The Old Railway Hotel, situated on Station Road, boasts a spacious bar, restaurant and function room, as well as eight recently refurbished en-suite letting rooms. The building is listed with an asking price of £750,000.
It reopened after a revamp in July 2021.
A community consortium was set up to buy the Porton Hotel from Enterprise Inns in January to save the pub in the village and create a community hub once again.
The name of the pub has been changed to The Old Railway Hotel as a nod to its previous name during the Victorian era, The Porton Railway Hotel.

The Boathouse has also been listed on Rightmove.
The venue, at Mill Stream Approach, closed in February just six months after reopening, with the managers blaming rising costs and a drop in footfall due to the River Park Project have been blamed for the closure.
The listing on Rightmove is for a ten-year leasehold at a cost of £19,500, with annual rent "in the sum of £45,000 free of tie."
